Richardson Paul Arigbodi

Chairman

Richardson Paul Arigbodi is a graduate of Economic and statistics with over 15 years of experience in the financial services with 12 year of core banking with quality knowledge in operations, credit, marketing and relationship management. He has a vast knowledge of banking operations and sound exposure to various units in credit and marketing like public sector, financial institutions, consumer/retail banking, Large Corporates in Oil & Gas and Construction Sectors. He has a good credit analysis and appraisal skills as applicable to various markets and a good relationship management skill, which translate to personal relationship with client’s key executives. He also has a Superior customer service delivery skill and a good knowledge of regulatory and operating environment. His Strong analytical and interpersonal skills stand out amidst others, and he is a proactive, focused, result-oriented and highly professional individual.

He started his career as a credit/marketing officer at C & I Leasing PLC where he was responsible for the development of new markets for the firms products and the credit structuring and analysis amidst others, In 2002, he became the head of the Consumer Lease unit where he was tasked with the development of the consumer lease business, recognizing, rationalizing the entire Consumer Lease Unit to achieve better profitability and greater turnover. The position required the organization and motivation of the internal sales team of 4 and the training of subordinates. He then moved to Standard Trust Bank in 2003 where he served as the profit center manager (commercial banking unit) where he was responsible for the unit’s liability and income budget, and he constantly developed the lists of prospects and key players in the commercial banking unit.

In 2005 served as the head of oil service unit at United Bank for Africa, he was responsible for the unit’s liability and income budget and constantly developed the list of key players in the oil and Gas industry. He joined Bank PHB in 2008 as the Head of the commercial Banking Unit. He became the regional manager at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc in Port Harcourt. He was also the cluster head at Port Harcourt Cluster at Enterprise Bank Limited.

He has several professional certifications which includes; Debt Management and recovery strategy (TIC Consult), Consumer Lending Course (IBFC Augusto), Selling Consumer Lease (AM Consulting), Strategies for Service Excellence – Lagos Business School, Marketing Management Program – Lagos Business School, Essentials of Marketing – Wharton Business School USA, Strategic Leadership Program (Global Leadership Center) Johannesburg Fellow Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN), Oxford Advanced Management and leadership Program.

He currently serves as the CEO of NUMERA Oil and Gas Ltd where he develops intensive, ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives and Oversee all operations and business activities.

Jeff Ejemai

Managing Partner

Jeff Ejemai is a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy with over 18 years’ experience. He started his early career as a youth corp’ member with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). where he served in different departments and capacities. He joined Hallmark Assurance Plc. as a Marketing Executive and later became a Senior Marketing Executive with ARM Pensions (a subsidiary of Assets Resource Management) Kano branch where he rose to become the Team Lead for the Jigawa Office. He was a Branch Business Head with Omega Savings and Loans Ltd, (a subsidiary of Omega Bank).

He joined Resort Savings and Loans Pc. as Senior Business Development Manager and later rose to the position of an Area Manager of both the Lagos mainland (Ikeja office) and Lagos Island office respectively and later became the Head Treasury and Investment for the Bank. He was also Head of Treasury, Fund Management and Sales of Imperial Mortgage Bank (Formerly GT Homes Limited) Jeff joined Cititrust Holdings Plc as Chief Executive and later became Group Head. Portfolio Management. He was later appointed Managing Director of Cititrust MFB, a subsidiary of CFS Group Plc.

He has several professional certifications which include: Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management, Financial Statement Analysis (FITC). Certificate in Loans Processing. Packaging, and Administration. Certificate in Developing Managerial Leadership Skills. He is also a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management and
a Member of the Institute of Credit Administration (MICA) and Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

He is currently undergoing an MBA degree in Netherlands Business School. He is currently the Managing Partner at Tro-vest Group (a consortium of FINTECH, Finance House, Banking and Capital Market Strategic Business Divisions).

Adelaja Adekunle

Managing Partner

Adelaja Adekunle is a consummate Investment Banker, Funds and Portfolio Manager with over twenty (20) years experience. He is an enthusiast, a business leader, an astute credit. financial and risk management expert. He is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Sponsored Individual – Fund Manager / Capital Market Professional. He is also an active member of the Fund Managers Association of Nigeria (FMAN). 

Prior to his appointment, he served as Group Head. Risk Management & Compliance at VFD Group Plc, Chief Compliance Officer at Coronation Asset Management (subsidiary of Coronation Merchant Bank). Chief Operating Officer at Xerde Limited (a FINTECH company), Financial Controller at AlICO Capital, Team Lead, Credit Analysis and Monitoring at Access Bank Plc: His years of experience spans through the various functionalities of Finance, Internal Control, Credit Control and Monitoring. Credit Analysis and Remedial Management Departments of Access Bank Plc. Capital Bank International (Credit Lyonnais) and Union Bank Plc respectively. 

Adelaja is an active member of several professional bodies. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). a Fellow Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB). Associate, Compliance Institute of Nigeria (ACIN). Associate Certified Cost Management (ACCM), and Associate Member. Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) Chartered. He was the pioneer Managing Director / Chief Executive (MD/CE) of CITITRUST Asset Management Limited (a member of CITITRUST Group) growing AuM from Zero to N9BN in nine (9) months, and also sat as a Director for more than three (3) strategic subsidiaries: He was also the Chairman of the Wealth Management Group (African Region). He was also awarded the Asset Manager of the Year 2021 by the African Leadership Review Magazine for his efforts at deepening the Asset Management Industry in Nigeria as well as in Africa. 

He is currently the Managing Partner at Tro-vest Group (a consortium of FINTECH, Finance House, Banking and Capital Market Strategic Business Divisions).

Godwin Udom

Non Executive Director

Godwin Udom is a seasoned and experienced senior risk and compliance professional in banking, capital markets and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors in Nigeria and by extension in the quick service restaurant (QSR) business of a multinational in Africa.

He has held lead positions at Dane Investments as a senior consultant for business startup, Coronation Merchant Bank Group as Head of Compliance for her Trust Services division. More so, at Access Bank Group in her subsidiary capital market business called United Securities Limited (now, Coronation Registrars): where he kick-started the compliance department with an over-sight in Risk Management, Governance, and Internal Control. Godwin has also worked in Afrinvest West Africa Limited as a Fi-nancial Analyst and a Financial Control Consultant with Pedabo (Audit Services). Mr. Udom has experience serving on the various boards of Cash Rite Microfinance Bank Limited as the Chairman of Risk Management and Compliance committee and Gadsome Integrated Resources Limited.

Currently, providing strategic direction and leadership in managing the operations of a multinational QSR in Africa around her business units, governance, compliance, fraud prevention, supply chain (third-party vendor due diligence risk management) regulatory compliance requirements to achieve organizational strategic objectives and goals across the West and East Africa where the business operates. Mr Udoms responsibilities include the provision of operational and advisory support in the development and implementation of all compliance strategies and concerns. He is also charged with establishing strong compliance standards in accordance with industry and global best practices, and acting as a liaison between an organization and all regulatory bodies.

He has an MBA (major in Finance and Accounting) from Obafemi Awolowo University, lle Ife, Nigeria, a Fellow of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria (FCIN), Member of International Compliance Association (ICA), Certified Member of International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals Inc USA, Associate Member, Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN), and Associate of Society for Corporate Governance, Nigeria (SCGN).

Dr. Oziegbe Odion

Non-Executive Director

Dr. Oziegbe Odion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Benin. He obtained his Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the same University. Also, he holds a Masters and Doctorate degrees in Accounting from igbinedion University Okada. 

After his NYSC with NNPC Kaduna, he started his first job with Aye Aneni & Co. (Chartered Accountants) Ibadan in 1987 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1990 and was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2001, He is a member, Federal Reporting Council of Nigeria. Dr. Odion is also a member of different Professional bodies including; Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigerian Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (UK) 

Dr. Odion has taken to full practice and presently the Principal Partner of Ozi Odion & Co; (Chartered Accountants) and also the Managing Director of Ozi Associates. 

Dr Odion is an accredited Consultant to Federal Inland Revenue Service and Corporate Affairs Commission. 

He has consulted widely for numerous Institutions, corporate bodies and even in the Government Sector. For many years, he served as Examiner/Assessor to ICAN and he is presently a member of the examination committee of ICAN

Osamede Oaiya

Non Executive Director Partner

Mrs Osamede Oaiya is a lawyer: specialized in Corporate and Commercial law practice. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in1999. She joined Victoria Chambers in 2018 as a Partner; after her over 18years work experience in the Corporate, Commercial and Retail Banking and Financial industry. 

She started her career as a legal officer at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 1999 and had various stints at Safe Trust Savings and Loans Ltd, Liberty Bank Plc, NAL/Sterling bank Plc, BankPHB/Keystone Bank and Nigerian Stockbrokers Ltd,

At Bank PHB, she was instrumental in developing and implementing a bank wide framework for correspondence banking to include Microfinance banks and Primary Mortgage Institution (PMI). 

At NSL Capital Partners, a subsidiary of Nigeria Stock brokers Ltd; as the Group Head Business Development, she successfully set up a Treasury/Investment unit and designed a dynamic framework for business generation/ portfolio management. 

Mrs Oaiya Currently serves on the Board of Bosak Micro Insurance a subsidiary of BOSAK Micro Finance Bank as an Independent Director. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), a Fellow of the Institute of management Consultants (IMC), a certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Certified Management Specialist (CMS) from the London Graduate School.

She is currently the Managing Partner of Victoria Chambers

Abiola J Adewusi

Non Executive Director

Mrs Abiola J. Adewusi is the Director of Medbarn Agency — A consulting firm with the sole aim of offering fertility support services to clinics and patients in reproductive medicine most especially third-party reproduction. She is a Medical So-nographer with almost 20 years of experience. The services offered at Medbarn includes gamete donor and surrogate re-cruitment, counselling, mental health and training, She pioneered and launched a software App called Quiv to help coordinate donors and surrogates’ cycles in Nigeria. Her experience in Reproductive Medicine spans over 19 years. having worked in many fertility institutions in Nigeria and United States of America. 

She is currently the Secretary-General of the Association for Fertility and Reproductive Health (AFRH). She is also responsible for the administration of secretarial duties of the African Federation of Fertility Societies (AFFS). She is the Coordinator for the AFRH Training Committee and has hosted/moderated over twenty webinars for the benefit of AFRH members.

She graduated in 2021 from the prestigious Business School Netherlands (BSN) with an Executive MBA degree. She obtained an Advanced Diploma in Health Safety and Environmental Management from the University of Lagos, College of Medicine in 2014. She is an eligible member of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and a member of the Association of Medical Ultrasound Practitioners of Nigeria (AMUPN), European Society of Human Reproduction & Embryology (ESHRE) and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)
